FAQ/Policies

 

If you are going to cancel an appointment we require that you give us a 24 hour notice.

If you are a new client please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes before your appointment, so that you may fill out our health history form.

If you would like to add a service to your appointment please give us at least a half hour notice with the exception of an aromatherapy upgrade.

We follow a professional sheet draping policy and all private areas will be covered with the exception of the glutes, per your request.

Is tipping appropriate?
Yes. Our therapists greatly appreciate your tips. Generally 20% says your therapist did a good job.

What should I wear?
If you are having a massage on the table you will be given a moment to undress to your comfort level (usually down to just underwear or nude) and to get under the sheet. If you are receiving a chair massage you will be fully clothed. If you are receiving a "Foot Spa" you will be given a robe and may wear whatever is most comfortable under the robe.

Are there any services for couples?
The Foot Spa can be done for an individual, couples or groups of up to 3.

Are there any discounts?
New Clients save $5
Students receive a 10% discount with student id.
Seniors (60+) receive a 5% discount with id.
Check-in DiscountUse Facebook, Foursquare or Yelp to "check-in" and save $5. This discount can be combined with others.

We have a Referral Policy:
Once you have visited a location you will be awarded a $10 coupon towards massage services at your following visit for all referrals. Also, for every 5 clients you referr to a location you will receive a FREE one hour massage gift certificate to that location.
No two discounts may be used at the same time.
